Bearded Dragon Walking.

Day 152 / 2022 Photo Project365

I was fast-walking behind a man in a blue shirt, catching up with him, and noticed that he had something on his right shoulder. Not really paying close attention, I saw a jacket in his hand, so I wondered what else he’d brought on his walk that was over his shoulder… Approaching, I noticed that whatever it was, it had a face! It looked like a bullfrog at first, but as I got closer, I could see it was actually a big LIZARD staring at me!

I took a quick stealth photo of the man and his friend, but then decided to ask him about it. “Excuse me, I couldn’t help but notice the lizard on your shoulder — can I take a picture of it?” He smiled warmly, said yes, and introduced me to his Bearded Dragon! I clicked three pics and said, “That’s really cool!” He smiled again and said, “Yes it is!”
