Here’s a little poem I wrote… :)
It’s a 17-syllable, three line, haiku-esque, short poem, written to accompany this #hipstamatic #shotoniphone Hopper-esque (edited) photograph I took in Bushwick, Brooklyn on February 29th 2024 — Leap Day!
Leap day, when it arrives each fourth “leap” year, seems to be a perfect day to reflect, ruminate, muse mindfully, and wax philosophical about the past, present, and future.
Such a rare and uncommon date — February 29th — is worthy of remembrance and reflection, don’t you think?
